Zoom is an online video conferencing platform that we will be using for hosting live, online drawing sessions and group crits. As long as you have an Internet connection and a devise to use Zoom on at home you'll be able to join us for the session! Other pre-recorded classes will be available via youtube - Zoom is kept for live sessions only.
To attend an online class you'll need to register a Zoom account. If you don't already have one, you can learn how to sign up for free here. You can sign in to the event on your laptop, tablet or phone. You'll need to download the app first, so we recommend signing up, downloading the app and testing that it works ok plenty of time before the class starts.
Different teachers and models expect slightly different behaviour for Zoom classes. Some will ask you to switch off your microphone or camera for the class, whilst others will prefer for you to keep them on - this should be made clear in the introduction. Otherwise, you just need to bring the same creative engagement and respect for the model to the session that you would bring to a class in real life!
