Gayles

Gayles is a small but well equipped retreat centre on a family farm situated in outstanding countryside on the South Downs in the South East of England, five miles from Eastbourne and fifteen from Brighton. As well as running their own yoga and meditation retreat Gayles host us for an annual life drawing and Yoga weekend, run by Jake and Bella.

Getting there by car:
Gayles is situated just off of the A259 between Brighton and Eastbourne, down a small private farm road, parking is available on site.

Getting there by public transport:
For visitors coming along the coast the 12X Brighton-Eastbourne bus stops near to the top of the farm road - for anybody traveling by train we are happy to arrange a lift for you from Eastbourne train station to Gayles.
