Policies & Data Protection

General Data Protection

Draw is not in the business of selling, renting or trading personal information. We only ask for and process information that we need in order to provide our services to you, or to deliver what you have asked from us. This page explains our approach to privacy and how it affects you.

Measuring our visitors:

We measure visitors to our website using Google Analytics. This records what pages you view within our site, how you arrived at our site and some basic information about your computer. All of that information is anonymous – so we don’t know who you are; just that somebody visited our site.

The information we collect from analytics helps us understand what parts of our sites are doing well, how people arrive at our site and so on. Like most websites, we use this information to make our website better. You can learn more about Google Analytics or opt out if you wish.

Emails and contact form submissions:

If you get in touch with us via email or our website contact form we will only use your contact information to answer your query.

Booking onto a workshop:

If you book onto a workshop we will log the contact details you provide on our database so that we can send you details for the course. After you have attended the course we will not use the contact details for any purpose other than ones you have specifically requested.

Life Modelling data:

If you are applying to life model we require that your details are logged on our database of life models and life model mailing list, which you can be removed from at anytime by emailing models@draw-brighton.co.uk - this will mean we wont be able to send you further work.

Mailing Lists:

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us on info@draw-brighton.co.uk

Links to Other Sites:

Our website may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Ticket & Product Purchases:

Purchases on our website are powered by a 3rd party system, Stripe. You can review Stripes privacy policy here.

Contacting us:

We try to only collect information that we need from you. You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold about you. If you have such a request or any questions about this policy, please email info@draw-brighton.co.uk.

Updates to this policy:

We may update this privacy policy from time-to-time, particularly as technology changes. You can always check this page for the latest version. We may also notify you of changes to our privacy policy by email.
