Jael O'Connor

Jael is a Brighton based figurative painter and teacher and we are excited to welcome Jael to the Draw Team as a Guest Tutor in Autumn 2019.

What Jael says about her work:
"I am a painter living in Hove who specialises in figurative and portrait painting. I am interested in character and the theatre of how we present ourselves to the world. Life drawing, in particular the theatrical narrative of the Drawing Circus, is an important influence on my work."
