Come join us for our annual in-person and online Draw summer picnic! Anybody with an interest in drawing is welcome, whether you’ve been to our sessions before or not. It is a free, relaxed opportunity to come sketch from our costumed model Frankie, listen to music by Reid or just to join our communal picnic – the picnic is a chance to catch up with old friends and meet new ones and is open to everybody who would like to come along.
For those that can’t join us in person we’ll share a Zoom link to the costumed drawing portion of the picnic on the Draw Patreon for all supporters from the Free Tier upwards.
The in-person picnic will be held in Brighton - we'll be on the lawn next to Preston Manor, just beyond the main expanse of Preston Park. You can find the details for the in-person picnic HERE.
Artwork: Fete Champetre by James Stephanoff (undated)
Our clothed model Frankie will be holding a series of mixed poses that explore the theme of Primavera supported by musician Reid, for everyone to draw at the Summer Picnic between 2-4pm.
The online session is free for everyone on the Free Tier of the Draw Patreon – to sign up to the Free Tier click HERE. You will be sent a link out via Patreon on the day of the session.
For anyone not on the Free Tier of the Draw Patreon, you can buy a one-off ticket to the online session here through Eventbrite.
The sessions are free to attend and are funded by the Draw Brighton Patreon. If you like coming along and want to support the sessions to continue consider becoming a Draw Patreon support for £4+VAT per month HERE. You’ll get access to online drawing classes and discounts at our regular life drawing sessions in Brighton.
