Under the supportive guidance of artist Denise Harrison, this one-day crash-course will help you develop your acrylic painting skills. The workshop also covers the formal elements of painting and Denise will help you to develop your use of colour, tone and composition in your paintings. This class is suitable complete beginners as well as more experienced artists who want to become more confident working in acrylics.
This one-day workshop runs from 10am-5pm with a 1 hour break at 1pm-2pm and additional shorter tea breaks. During the day Denise will demonstrate techniques and also will tutor each person throughout the day as she moves around the class. Students will be guided to create several small painted studies and a larger final painting.
Most materials will be provided, including acrylic paint, brushes, additional acrylic painting paper and palettes. If you have any questions, please contact info@draw-brighton.co.uk
