Zoom Print Club

Come and join us for our monthly Zoom Print Club - an untutored, monthly, online printmaking session where those with printmaking experience can work alongside each other in a shared zoom-studio, hosted by acclaimed printmaker Scarlett Rebecca.  Bring along your current printmaking project to work on during the session - Scarlett will be there to answer any printmaking questions or address any printmaking troubleshooting problems you may have throughout the session.  

Throughout the session we will be chatting about our work, our inspirations, exhibitions we've seen recently, the price of ink and sharing our prints as they develop over the 3 hours.  We start the session with a short recap of what we have each been working on for the past month end the session by setting a goal for the next month. 

Who can take part? 

Zoom Print Club is open to all abilities & levels of printmaking experience.  You can be at any stage of your project and working with any print medium. If you are not in a creative mindset, you are also welcome to join the session while you are cleaning up your space, tidying your prints or just for a cuppa. 

You may be working from your kitchen table or from your studio, as long as you have a wifi connection you can join. Scarlett will be on hand to offer support and guidance throughout the session. 

This session is untutored, if you’d like to learn some skills first, you may want to join Scarlett’s printmaking Patreon to get access to her library of printmaking instructional videos and worksheets. 

How to join the session 

• You can book a place at the session via Eventbrite for £4 - just click on the booking link below to be taken to our Eventbrite page. 
• Alternately, you can save money by signing up to the Scarlett’s Patreon HERE. You can join Scarlett’s Printmaking Patreon for free to get access to the Zoom Print Club, or join a paid tier for £3+ a month. As a supporter of Scarlett’s Patreon you also get access to her Discord community where you can share your prints after the session. You can cancel the monthly membership at any time. 
• Once you have booked, you will be sent a link to join the zoom in your confirmation email. 

Before the session 

• Before the session, make sure you have a Zoom account and everything you need for the session.  
• At the advertised time of the session, set yourself up to print, draw or just enjoy a cuppa in front of your device, sign in to Zoom and click on the link in your email to join the class. 

Looking after each other 

• Please, never take photographs or screen shots during the session 
• Keep your camera ON during the session – this helps everyone feel safe and to maintain the sense of community that is so important to our classes. If you cannot turn your camera on, let the session leader know with a message at the start of the session.  

After the session 

• You can share your work with Scarlett on Instagram @scarlettrebecca 
• If you are a supporter of Scarlett’s Patreon you also get access to her Discord community where you can share your prints after the session.
